Objectives

To preserve, promote and teach Yakthung Culture, language, scripts values.
Unite Yakthungba or Limbu families living in Canada, by promoting mutual respect, fairness, and mutual understanding.
Organize events to promote Yakthung Culture and raise funds.
Assist new arrivals to settle by providing orientation and providing low interest loan when fund is available.
Bolster the ongoing efforts to maintain or revitalize mother tongues, and pass them on to the younger generations.
Raise funds for scholarship, find sponsors to sponsor students in financial needs and establish link between receiver and sponsor through trustworthy organization to coordinate the process.
To facilitate meeting place for the consideration and discussion of questions affecting the interest of the community.
To acquire lands, by purchase or otherwise, erect or otherwise provide a building or buildings for social and community purposes.
Host webinar, and seminar, to discuss in various matters, with members and people from overseas to collaborate.
